Booking:
- A face-to-face/zoom or FaceTime consultation is required to book for all services rendered. We will go over your specific needs in detail and how we can accomodate your request to get you the most desired outcome of service. I will recommend to you (3) Three days/time block for you to choose from that best fit your scheduling. In order to reserve the desire day/time block, the session deposit will have to be paid in full.
Deposit/Payment:
- Yes! there is a deposit required! Upon confirming your service appointment with Erban Imaging, a 50% reservation deposit is required, and credited to your session (but will be discussed in depth with Erban Imaging prior to any payment is made). The remainder of the balance will be due when you show up to your scheduled service (photography) or upon receipt of products (all other services) , to include, any changes or said services (which ever is agreed to in the contract).
Cancellation Policy:
Due to the nature of life I know shit happens sometimes. If you decide to cancel your booked session for whatever reason below are the parameters regarding your deposit.
Refund/Return Policy:
There are no refunds/returns issued on any services rendered.
